By using Ohana (“us”, “we”), whether it is through Discord DMs or by inviting Ohana to your Discord server, you agree to Ohana's terms of service.

By accepting Ohana's Terms of Service (“ToS”, “Terms”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. You also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Third-Party Content

Ohana relies heavily on third-party content, such as information and images from MyAnimeList and AniList. We do not own any of the content that is provided by these third-parties, and we are not responsible for any of the content that is provided by them.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to use any content that you provide to Ohana. We are not responsible for any content that you provide to us.

Spam and Abuse

You may not use Ohana to spam or harass other users. This includes, but is not limited to, using Ohana through any of its functionalities to send unsolicited messages, messages that contain excessive mentions, or messages that contain excessive emojis, rich embeds, or code blocks.

While Ohana has its own anti-spam measures, we are not responsible for any act of spam committed by any user.

Liability

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur from using Ohana. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to your Discord server due to mishandled user permissions.
